KNE - Arrival and Dismissal Procedures
AM Procedures
AM Drop off:
Car riders can be dropped off at the front of the building beginning at 7:30 a.m. Please note, class begins promptly at 8:00. Students will proceed to their individual classrooms to sit with their cohort. Those choosing to eat breakfast may sit in the cafeteria.
PM Procedures
Bus Riders -
A loop Bus riders exit out the basement level gym doors to load the busses on Lincoln. B loop bus riders will stay in their classrooms. B bus riders may move to the cafeteria once all A bus riders, car riders, and walkers have left the building.
Walkers -
Walkers will be dismissed after the A busses have been released. (Approximately 3:18 p.m.)
Car Riders -
Parents will line up on Wimer Street, facing east bound. Cars in the front of the line will pull up next to the “panther paw” signs. All parents will put their car in PARK. Once cars are loaded they will be released by a designated person.
Kindergarten through second grade car riders will assemble on the sidewalk directly in front of the main office of KNE. Third grade car riders will assemble on the sidewalk in front of the Central Office. Fourth and Fifth grade car riders will assemble on the sidewalk in front of the fifth grade wing by the bicycle rack.
